It will be interesting to see how Nashville races. They could potentially shift, but I think there is variable banking which should help.
New car is an absolute hit at any place where you can run a couple of different lines.

YupApparently Clint hit a lady in Missouri walking on the road. She was impaired based on reports.
That was a long day. I figure plenty of comments have been made that if it had started close to noon like they did for all races not too long ago, it probably would have been over before even the first delay.
I also chose possibly the slowest line in history to get some food during the lightning delay. Maybe 9 people in front of me, took 30 minutes.
Getting out was a bit rough. I wonder if the exit process would have been better if it ended at a "regular" time and didn't rain. The gate I entered through was closed and the field is not really lit up that great to find the pathways out.
They did not.
We got out very easily. We did hang out at the car for half an hour or so to have dinner though. Overall the track handled the event better this year. My main gripe would be with how slow the security line was to enter the track.
