Oh well ....offense looked good. Still want to see more out of our passing game.

Defense. ...secondary needs some attention and hopefully the pass rush shows up next week.

The OU OL struggled tonight. We can only hope that'll continue next week.

So my only question really is, why didn't we move Cam over on generic Jordy Nelson? I'm really hoping we use him like Revis and not Sherman.

Jancek always has Cam on strong side (right side). He's done this from day one.

They would've just moved to throwing to the other guy. Cam can't cover everyone.

So what? The other guy couldn't have killed us any worse, and maybe he doesn't get separation like the white guy was. Seems dumb not to try our lockdown corner on the guy killing us. Nothing to lose really and plenty to gain.

You should probably tell that to the highlight film of him that i just watched, 3 ints, a sack and 3 tfls about 4 pbu from the left side in a 3 minute clip. Pretty sure he shadowed Treadwell and Cooper last year too. Though the strong side isnt always the right side, unless you didnt mean it that way.

Cam is almost always on the strong side, which is usually the right side, which is what I meant. But he usually doesn't shadow. I'm fairly confident that Ole Miss kept putting Treadwell on Cam's side and used him as a decoy, because Vance Sanders torched Moseley and Coleman.

Also I specifically remember after the Alabama game how pissed I was at Jancek for not having Cam shadow Cooper from play one. I think that's the only time last year he switched up his style.

Idk I've watched 5 different highlight films of him, and the vast majority of the highlights have him on the side we were getting beat on. So obviously he moves around some. Either way I don't get having a shutdown corner, and not having him guard the guy killing you. Maybe that opens up the opposite side of the field like 95 said, maybe not. I fail to see the risk if you are already getting beat routinely.

You are 100% correct on this, cause i remember being pisses too actually.

Did that dude have a reception in the 4Q? I don't remember seeing him much after the lightning delay but I've slept.

Nice to have the holiday to shorten the week a little. I'm ready to really see what this team has. I don't think that was an accurate representation of our DBs last week but I could be wrong. If we see it again, we will know for sure.

Bring on OU baby, let's see what we got!

There's so many writeups of how electric Neyland will be this Saturday.

The city is buzzing already. Lots of talk at work about it and everywhere I go I hear talk about it. Been a long time.

On a side note, the thread about silencing the rowdy at Neyland is a hoot.

I'm heading up there from Memphis this Friday afternoon. I can't wait!
