I beat Ghost of Tsushima right before I played AC:Valhalla. When you play back to back it really makes GOT’s combat standout. It’s sooo good.

i heard 30 hours. so i doubt it. the only game that short i can think of is every call of duty campaign and the new miles morales game

I have to get my hands on this game! Lol. I decided to wait for the PS5. Hope to pick it up for a good price on Black Friday

So I got it factory fresh, latest system update, and I'm going to install one game at a time and play them one at a time for 10-15 minutes and pray for no hiccups. I started with Watch Dogs this time and it fired right up and played fine. The first go around every game had to glitch out at least once before it would play, so.....fingers crossed. It's the risk you take getting a console on day one, I suppose.

I'm sorry you're having issues. That really sucks. I still have painful memories of the 360 red ring and PS3 yellow light

I appreciate it. I remember fiddling with 360s a bit, in fact I still have one that I repaired that I keep around to play NCAA 14.

Just bought it for 40 bucks from Walmart. Also ordered FF7 Remake for 30, Sekiro for 25 from Best Buy. Have a Cyberpunk 2077 preorder. Yeah I should be busy for a while lol

Guys can someone help me please. I know I’m not going to get a PS5 before Christmas. I’m trying to decide if I should get my 9 year old a PS4 or a gift card and let him buy a PS5 when they are back in stock. I don’t know anything about gaming systems (last one I owned was a PS2). What would be your recommendation? If I wait on the PS5 which is better the one with the disc or the digital? Please give me your thoughts as I’m lost.

Run to your local GameStop and camp out. Each one is guaranteed to have at least 2 in each store when they open tomorrow morning at 7. They usually put a sign on the door on occasions like this to let people know exactly how many they have so people don’t wait around for nothing.

Wait on the ps5. And personally I’d go with digital because I don’t like discs, especially with young ones. No worrying about scratched discs not working, and you can just turn the console on and all your games are there waiting to start.

I appreciate the replies. Now I will say he does not play online or play strategy games. He plays Madden, NBA, NASCAR and MLB. Does that change your opinion on this?

Games you typically replace every year, more reason to get a disc version IMO. If it was me I’d get him a gift card and let him decide what choice to make, but find a way to make a big deal out of it. Gift cards aren’t nearly as flashy as an actual gift so do something fun with it.

Lol. That reminds me of stuff I do. I’ll take a small gift and wrap it in a small box. Then wrap the small box in a little bit bigger box and so on and so on......

i'm stopping myself from buying anymore games until i beat Tsushima, Valhalla and Cyberpunk (once it comes out). i have like 25 games on backlog that i bought and never touched thanks to my friends wanting me to get on call of duty and my own personal addiction to runescape lol

Wait on the PS5. I'm getting the disc one because I use it as my Blu-ray player too

Where you at in SC? I live in Greenville and scored one online on the 25th at Walmart. I had to do in store pickup and when I picked it up the girls said they had got liken 10-12 in that day to place on the floor for sale. Just keep hitting up all the Best Buy, Targets, and Walmart’s you can online whenever you get a chance. It just takes a lot of persistence and a lot of luck right now to get one.

I just got the Arctis 7P about a week ago and I like it so far. I wanted the Pulse headset but got impatient waiting for them to go back in stock.
