I agree. If QB's don't want to get hit after an INT, they should leave the field. Otherwise it's asking a lot of blockers to be able to differentiate who they can and can't hit in the chaos that occurs on a run back like that. If the leagues are so overly concerned about the QB's safety, they need to mandate that QB's exit the the field immediately. Otherwise they are fair game.
