Exactly what the analysts are saying. Mix up your rate to the plate, sometimes get the sign and just hold it until the hitter calls time. Make timing for the runner impossible and a guessing game when to go.

He's mechanically sound, Frank isn't going to start messing with it now. That's something he'll have to work on this summer and fall. You can screw up his mechanics doing it now with 6 days in between starts trying to fix them.
