I will give the owners some credit, they locked out the players because it was clear the MLBPA was going to walk out at some point during the season. I much prefer the stoppage now rather than July.

I also would not mind seeing the MLBPA crushed and replaced with more level headed representation. The reserve clause died long ago

I’m okay with axing lower leagues if that means the young players have more pay and better living conditions. The new rookie setup would seem to do at least one. No buses. No bad stadiums and training facilities.
