I wasn’t saying we plan to just give up the game and quit, just saying they used like 5 pitchers in 3 games and we were forced to use the majority of our relievers in our first two games. Taking the lead (at the time on my post) in a hitter friendly ballpark where you have the pitching advantage after scoring 15 runs just a few hours ago as a coach and player instills confidence I’d imagine
