Josh Smith reminds me of Welker (no I'm not saying at his caliber). He's white, short, good route runner, and mostly cerebral.

Except he can't catch worth a damn, at least not against decent teams.

The run where he kept it woke him up. Getting hit didnt hurt so bad so standing there & throwing the ball wasn't so scary anymore.
