As the Vols, from the last national championship to present, have gotten to the present state, the following changes have been made:

The stadium has been upgraded

The football training facility has been built

there have been changes in players, coaches, athletic directors, radio announcers, cheerleaders, and even some new grounds keepers. However, we are still stuck with the same old stupid fans. Would be nice to be able to replace them, because you just can't fix stupid.

Do you realize how few of the elite programs start a freshmen quarterback.

There are only 2 reasons that ever happens.

1) Injury to starting QB
2) Phenom (see Florida State)
