You can’t have every baserunner turning into a double or triple. Last night one of their guys stole on us easily and he had never even *attempted* a steal all year.

Can we at least agree that we should teach our pitchers how to throw from the stretch rather than going full windup with runners on?

They do pitch from the stretch with runners on. Just don’t alter their leg kick. Slide steps put more pressure on arm and shoulder and isn’t natural delivery.

Also need the pitchers to be somewhat quick to the plate. I know it’s not Anderson’s style but man we get killed on the bases.

I agree with you, but others think we have the best coaching staff in the country.

Again, I'm all for our staff! Hope they stay for years and years. BUT THEY ARE LIMITED. Need a "baseball guy" in the dugout to help out in-game and at practice with things like...i don't know .....base running? Holding runners on? Recruit a catcher? But hey, if ya played a thousand plus games, including high level pro, don't mean much around here when ya offer good advice or criticism.......fwiw...
