it has nothing to do with direct tv. it's your internet provider.. i have ATT and they allow the streaming. Some providers dont.

Espn3 is not available through some ISP's.

I'm watching on espn3. not sure what the problem is for you. Sometimes if you go to utsports.com and click on watch live, it will work.
