I just did a quick Google search and you are correct that CSS is owned by Comcast. CSS is also available on Charter cable.

Yes, but Comcast won't allow satellites to have the rights. Same reason for the Versus/DirecTV pissing match. NBC owned it which is part of Comcast.

CSS is pathetic. They used to not be on cable. I would sit there and count how many bs games were on while not being able to watch the state university play. Now we finally have it, but others are getting screwed.
