The Official Tennessee @ Georgia Game Thread, 1:45pm ET (03/02/13), SEC Network

Disagree, had we won out and 1 in the SECT, we'd be in.

Now it's almost win the SECT but I still think win the last 2 and 2 in Nashville and we're in, but obviously they have no margin of error now.

Not sure where you got your info other than that's just how you "feel".

it was definitely on martin... Slow game plan. .. Terrible defense scheme and never switched it up.. Can't play a true man bc we can't switch...mcbee shouldn't have played more than 15 minutes..

what do you think about starting hall...he has hit some clutch shots and provided great mins off the bench

Why was anyone but McCrae shooting the ball in the second half??? Unbelievable. Richardson should not be allowed to take a shot the rest of the year.

Maybe from the various threads stating bubble talk? Had nothing to do with how I "felt" it was from people who get paid for this stuff genius.

Where's your proof we had to win out AND win the SECT, other than that's how you "feel"?

He has improved a great deal lately.. he is much better offensively than stokes but not as much defensively. I've always wanted to increase halls minutes at 4 spot, esp. If we are playing posession bball.

Well boys, that is a really really really BAD UGA team we lost to today. Cannot believe CCM continued to play McBrick that much. If he can't hit 3's he is completely worthless and today he was completely worthless. And what a time for the old Trae Golden to show up. UT athletics just can't handle any type of success, but at least they got our hopes up again to only destroy them.

I love how we just won 6 games in a row, then we lose one and you say we can't handle success. Laughable.

However I agree with the rest of your post. Golden blew HARD and McBee missed looks that any '3-point specialist' should make.

I'm also angry at Georgia for being so bad. The Georgia team I just watched shouldn't be 14-15 overall. They should be way better than that. So **** them for losing so many games and having a ****ty record. OR **** them for playing so well against us. Either works.

thats ridiculous....you can't play 1 on 5 ball....we win when we play team ball and 3 to 5 in double figures....if mcrae shoots that much we will lose every game...go back and look at the box scores of our losses homie...thats a fact!

i also don't like them forcing the ball to stokes inside....stokes game is getting offensive rebounds and put backs along with defense...not post game....trae just crumbled today...like he's never played against a zone

I posted in the middle of the win streak. I've made it clear I don't like Martin but I'm not gonna be the guy who launches a hitler crusade against Martin. I can voice my opposition without being reckless and hateful

And you also aren't willing to admit you are wrong. Ever. During the A&M game, you made yourself look like a jackass and never owned up. Not once.

Although I suppose the fact that you actually posted during the win streak makes you a little better than UT IE 95. But the fact that it was still negative bull**** just makes you an idiot IMO.

Not sure how you single out Richardson. Golden and McBee were both way worse.

And where the **** was Jarnell? No reason he shouldn't have had a bigger impact.

Edit: Jarnell had 8 and 10. So I take that back. I guess it was just a quiet 8 and 10.

j. Rich could have been better but he gets his when golden is creating...which he didn't do all game long. We cannot afford to let our games depend on whether the dirty wizard confederate soldier is hitting 4 of 8 or 1 of 8 from 3-point

I wanna see stokes with some brian williams fire....get excited big man...mcrae is the only one i see getting hype....get a technical hell i don't care just get freakin' excited man

I agree. Our games depend almost exclusively on Trae Golden's performance. It's uncanny.

I'm just really frustrated with him right now. How can he disappear like that?

we were setting that high screen for him and he was getting penetration to the right and creating...georgia cut it off (good coaching) and it was like he shut down....pg play is huge....cuonzo should have figured out a way to get him involved at halftime...if he doesn't execute then you sit him and get someone in that can

He's the closest thing we have to a serviceable point guard. We can't take him out.

Great point on Georgia cutting him off... that was the key to the game. Fox probably out-coached Martin; you're right, CCM should have found a different way to get Trae going.

Now I don't know Trae personally, so this is just an observation, but he seems to be somewhat mentally soft in that when things aren't working early, he sort of gets this glazed over look about him and never really gets going. I'm not saying he isn't trying, but he doesn't always look emotionally invested. Could be an overreaction, but that's what I felt I saw today.

The problem with Trae isn't that he has games where he's not "on." It's that when he's bad, he's really bad. Had four terrible fouls, couldn't hit water out of a boat, didn't create for others and didn't get to the line.

To me, Trae should have tried to get to the line. Draw some contact. Good grief he stunk the joint up.
