This game has me shook. I knew we had some problems. I didn't realize how significant those problems were. I thought this would be a bounce back game.

Right. Just like our 14-2 win last week didn’t carry over. The lineups and pitching are so different it really isn’t even the same team for the most part. Plus it’s Vandy. That’s all the motivation we should need.

It’s ️ but I’m a bit surprised that we’re struggling tonight. We can’t get swept by Vandy this weekend imo as the wheels may fall off completely. Confidence is a must in baseball.

Honestly, I don't think there's much confidence left for this team to lose. Might be time to go with youth and use the rest of this season to get them the experience they need for next year.

I hear ya. But Vandy hasn’t been struggling like TN. The loss itself won’t be too damaging but my concern is the mental toughness of this team as losing isn’t fun.
