No argument here. I'd like them to feature Sankey/McCluster and use Greene more as a 3rd down/change of pace guy.

Agreed dash and smash on third downs.

The defense needs to get their stuff together, hard to win games if the defense doesnt stop the run and defend the pass successfuly.
Add in blown opportunities at turnovers.

Locker is limited in practice ken says he's progressing.

If locker can't start Whitehurst will start to replace locker.
Whitehurst the nfl version of Johnny Damon seriously look at it the long dark hair and beard that's who he makes me think of.

I just dont see Whitehurst taking the Titans anywhere....

Yeah, but there where a ton of factors that went into those yards. Anything from the level of competition he was facing during his snaps to the monsoons they had in a couple of games.

They know Clipboard Jesus is a nothing more than a backup that should step in for no more than a few games at a time. He's there because he's familiar with Whis and Whis is familiar with him. I think they also know ZM still has quite a bit of time before he's an NFL QB (if he ever does in fact become one). John McClain had a very good point about it being way too early to play a 6th round rookie.

It's clear this is Locker's make/break year. If he flops or is injured yet again, they'll draft Whisenhunt-style QB and move forward with ZM and whoever is drafted.

MRI revealed no structural damage for Jake locker's wrist.
Although I could still imagine that this could screw with his throwing abilities, gripping the football, and make him vulnerable to aggravate the injury.

@jwyattsports: The #Titans are listing QB Jake Locker as questionable for Sunday's game vs #Colts with wrist injury. I say he's closer to doubtful/out




Just give the reigns to Mettenberger & let's see what he can do. Locker clearly isn't the answer & can't stay healthy to save his life.

Maybe so, but you still wouldn't have drafted him to be a year 1 starter.

I think McClain was speaking more to the fact they're only 1-2 right now. ZM might very well play this year, but it doesn't need to be when the team is still in contention for the division or wild card.

We need to control t.o.p today and keep luck off the field.. we need to establish the run game early and mix in shankey and involve Mcluster as well.. quick passes such as slants and wr screens will help whitehurst out.... I just dont want to fall behind to where we have to throw it deep down field 3 plays in a row.. just my two sense.. let's get a W today!

Avoid turnovers. Hard to win games when you give away points.
Get turnovers and points off them
Score in first half mainly first quarter

Also finish drives as wasted drives have doomed us.
Most importantly make major plays in second half. Titans are a one half team in 4 games vs colts so not shocked at the close no cigar choke jobs.

Best defense is a good offense and if we can control top with run game plus finish drives titans would need to collapse to lose.

Lets kick ass today titans and make the colts remember a new titans team on the rise, and make a statement in indy.
