I don't know other than they have made some truly terrible football decisions over the years.
Idk how much of any of this is on them. We for sure haven’t been the worst franchise over that stretch. We’ve had one Super Bowl appearance and a few decent playoff runs along with some AFC South titles.
I think Vrabel was a great hire. Fisher was solid but not elite. I had high hopes for Ken (wisenhunt whisenthunt, idk) when he was hired
I think the bad football decisions start at the GMs hired since Reese. Then of course it's impossible for us to know how much input Bud and his successors have had on the GM office.
Unpopular opinion, but I don't think Vrabel is some god-send coach like most of our fanbase does. He gets in his own way quite a bit.
