The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

Not sure it ever came up (it might have at the beginning of the month and I missed it), but while the Chiefs made the Super Bowl (which was one of the original stipulations in the DeAndre Hopkins trade as to whether the Titans would get a 5th round pick or a 4th round pick), it sounds like the Chiefs kept Hopkins' snap count below 60% of their total offensive snaps following the trade (the other stipulation in the trade...he played less than 50% of offensive snaps in rotation).

So the Titans will be gaining the Chief's 5th round pick from the trade, either Pick 31 or Pick 32 of the round, depending on the result of the Super Bowl.

All in all, the Titans traded Hopkins for a 5th round pick (#31 or #32 in the round) and to free up around $5.5 Mil in cap.

(I might also be wrong, though, but didn't the trade also create like $10-$11 Mil in dead cap space for the upcoming offseason as well?)
