They show Jacksonville nearly every weekend where I live, so I’ve seen almost every Trevor Lawrence pro game. I don’t think he’s nearly as good as the media and the experts play him up to be. But he was extra bad today. Had to be the shoulder, I guess.

It may have if either the Chargers or Giants win, which is unlikely. If they both lose, no.

Not really.

The Titans were at 7th going into the day.

The Jets (who were playing the 2-win Patriots) won, making it so that the Titans couldn’t finish any further down than the 7th overall pick.

Potentially they maybe could have finished higher, but the aspects tied to that involved:

- The 5-win Giants winning, but they’re playing an 11-win Eagles team hoping to still win their division (and get the #2 seed) if Dallas loses

- The 5-win Chargers winning, but they’re playing the 10-6 Chiefs (who, until the Jags lost, were going to be playing to try to clinch the 3rd seed…and also the Chargers are just so, so bad to expect them to be beating a Chiefs team playing for something, even without Mahomes)

- The 4-win Cardinals winning, but they’re playing the 8-8 Seahawks (who are still playing in the hopes of getting a playoff spot, if they win depending on what also happens with Green Bay, I guess).

(…so there was theoretically the potential “lose and with help get as high as the 4th pick”…but it’s fairly unlikely with the whole situation)
