The Official Tennessee Titans thread IV

So what do we do tonight in the 2nd and 3rd? I really haven't looked but I may go with a pass catching tight end. While Walker is still good but he is going to be 34 this year and on the last year of his contract.

OLB is still a big need, same with edge rusher, and there are other positions of need like safety (and apparently guard)...it’s also been noted that we could use another WR.

I think the first two might be getting priority might have priority over TE in the upcoming round or so (though maybe even all those needs are).

Landry would be nice. I still see corner as a need. Replace Sims. Josh Jackson would be great if he’s left

I think Robinson will try and get 1 or 2 more picks for tonight and tomorrow

There’s a lot of talent left. I’d love that. I feel like late first round and all of the second round is typically where the value is in any draft.

All 3 guys I wanted us to get in the first are still on the board (Landry, Josh Jackson, Mo Hurst)

I don’t really see 2nd round pick as “get a 3rd CB / nickel DB territoy” (which is where Jackson would be). We pretty much have the starters between Adoree Jackson and Malcolm Butler.

It wouldn’t really be a wise way to use that pick with the other needs the team has, especially at edge and LB.

Unfortunately, I don’t think Landry falls to the bottom of the round. TN would have to trade up...which might be hard with teams who need defensive players like that (CLE, IND) at the top of the round.

Too many needs not to. I would like a G or WR. But defense is a greater need with how old the front 7 is

A bit off topic, but I think I now like the uniforms. They've grown on me. I still hope we don't go lazy and wear all navy like 90% of the time.

I forgot Jenkins. Was thinking Sims and Jackson were our corners

That's what I'm saying. No bust bammer is worth that

We've discussed this, but Julio Jones, Landon Collins, C.J. Mosley, Hightower, Ingram, and about a dozen others provide plenty of proof that the "BAMA PLAYERS BUST" angle is stupid.

Its another lazy narrative. Sure, they have busts just like every team. People just notice their busts more because they expect every Alabama player to excel and they have a billion draft picks.

How many good bama players has the Titans had?
