If there isn't a franchise QB in the draft, the fact that it's a position of need isn't going to make it any more likely to work out.It's a tough decision. Personally I'm of the opinion if you have a top 3 pick and need a QB you almost have to take one. The payoff if successful can completely change the direction of the franchise (Texans, Redskins recently) also you never know what can happen next year there's a chance Levis improves enough to get us in the 9-15 pick range and QB is off the table. That's where we usually sit and that's how we got here.
