I mean, Bud Adams used to also make all levels of the organization run ann expenditures that were over $200 by him so that he could actively sign off on them first. He was kind of the king of micromanaging.

He also went 6-25 in his last 31 games as HC, and that is with Derrick Henry. He's a good defensive coach I'll give him that. His offense is stuck in the stone age.

So glad that the Titans were able to hire someone who is part of the new age offenses in the NFL so the franchise can get with the modern times.

I’ll admit, I would like to see Callahan’s offense with a semi-competent QB before I just write the dude off. Even just Tannehill level would’ve been a drastic improvement over what we had this year. There were multiple times this season after an awful play that I distinctly remember thinking the play call and design wasn’t bad, but was horribly executed by the QB (if not absolutely blown up by the right side of our OL).

Ran was 100000% a yes man... That is the only way someone with his resume and experience would ever land a GM job.... There is nothing that says he should have ever been hired as a General Manager..... Just look at the candidates they have now.... Most are retread GM's or first timers if they get hired... Amy wants her GM marching to her tune and her tune only.
