I didn't want the Titans to bring in Tannehill as a backup. Moving to Miami in 2018 I saw a lot of him that season and was not impressed. I was wrong, it was Gase that was the problem, not Tannehill.

I wanted him just to be ready if Mariota went down for a few games, so we could have some shot.

Miami being in the same division as the Patriots did Tannehill no favors. Also Tannehill has better players to throw to obviously and very good Oline protecting him now.
