Matt Schaub injured his foot this week. Won't start vs. Jacksonville. Wonder how long he'll be out...Good thing for the Texans is that they have the best running game in the NFL so they'll survive this.

Crazy to think that they've lost Mario Williams for the season, gotten little from Andre Johnson because of injury, and now lose Schaub for a stretch and it still feels like they can win. My, how things have changed.

I heard it will be several weeks. Just think if we hadn't dropped that game against them :cray:

Their schedule isn't too tough down the stretch...

Week 11-Bye
12-@ Jags
13-Falcons
14-@ Bengals
15-Panthers
16-@ Colts
17-Titans

Losing Schaub is a game changer, but they've got the bye and three sure-things in that stretch, at least.

Information on a Lisfranc fracture;

If the dislocation is less than 2 mm, the fracture can be managed with casting for 6 weeks. The patient's injured limb cannot bear weight during this period. For operative treatment, screws +/- k-wire will be used for internal fixation of the fracture after closed or more likely open reduction. Again, the patient's injured limb should not bear weight for approximately 6–12 weeks.

If Leinart just has to start a game or two they will be fine but if he is forced to start the rest of the season they are in trouble. I see them losing to the Falcons and Bengals and hopefully we can split the final game of the season with them.

Three?

I'd only say two. Panthers and Colts

If you're thinking the Jags, they actually have a pretty wicked D. At least their D is capable of being really good anyways. And while the Panthers should be a win... It depends which Newton/running game shows up. Panthers went away from the run because the Titans jumped out 14-0 early and then Newton fell apart. If they balance it out and let Newton do his thing without putting it all on him, Panthers have a chance.

But yeah... Panthers and Colts should be wins. Not sold on the Jags though just because they have had their moments this year. Defensively anyways

If Jags play a mistake free game and Gabbert steps up they could pull an upset. We have to win the final game of the season against them. It seems that no one in the division this year wants to win it.

So titans win the division by default? Or are we so bad that the texans are still the favorite rolling with leinart the rest of the season?

They should pick up David garrard :eek:hmy:

Injuries are part of the game. Tough break for Houston; I'm sure they weren't upset when Britt went down. Titans need to capitalize.

Just don't forget, Justin, after the Titans get to 7 wins your avatar and sig teams have to change to reflect your repressed love for the hometown Titans. :birgits_giggle:

If they win 7 I believe I will be sick. I will have never wanted a Super Bowl to get here so badly as I will if the Titans win 7
