I agree SDV and V4E.

Just hard not to get down with all my teams blowing. It's pretty sad when you can say the Pacers are the best team you cheer for this season. I think that says it all...

It's definitely been rough. The Titans do somewhat control their own destiny though. Hope for 1 more loss for the Jets and Bengals, and theTitans win out and their in. Yes it's probably a tall order for this team, but I don't think it's impossible.

It's possible. Just wish they had leeway for a loss. I think they could beat the Saints but that probably just means they'd drop another one to someone they shouldn't. So basically, I'm just counting the Saints as a loss.

We actually have the tiebreaker over the Jets currently, so that means only 1 team to pass in the standings. It's basically up to the Titans at this point.

Finish 3-1 and win the division games. Then all we need is the Bengals to lose to the Texans or Ravens. We'd have the tiebreaker over them, the Jets, and the Raiders via conference record. We pretty much have to have the Bengals lose one of those two. And if we make it in we'd probably get the Texans or Broncos. Just gotta get that Bengals loss, then we can control our destiny.

Oh Justiiiiiiiiiinnnnnnnnn... Paging volfanjustin...

Time to show your two-tone blue pride! :)

:loco:

This sucks, nothing worse than this hideous logo. For the record I hate the Titans and will be pulling hard for the Bengals, Jets, Raiders and Broncos. And go Saints.

The first tie breaker isn't head to head?

If all we have to do is beat the Colts, Jags, and a crippled houston then surely the Bengals will lose to the Ravens.

I'm pretty sure first tiebreaker for different divisions was head to head.

Just checked, yes it is

I don't think anyone's arguing that. At least I'm not. I guess I wasn't clear in that I am rooting for everyone that plays Cinci the rest of the way. They've definitely got a tougher schedule than the Titans except for their game with St Louis. Rooting for Houston next week against the Bengals.

And Justin, the new avatar looks good on you! Thanks for being a good sport.

Let's just win our games and see where the rest of the chips fall

Thank you! Screw this whoa is me crap .
Edit: with the lockout, brand new staff, new QB,very short practice time before the season etc... I thought 4-12 was what we were looking at. This team, staff, and rookie class has FAR exceeded my expectations as is. I'm very happy with Munchak, and our Titans as a whole. Love that we are going for it on 4th (leading the NFL in 4th down conversion rate) more often. This will be a fun team to watch the rest of this year, and next.

That said, who are all you you Titan fans favorite player?
Mine is McCarthy on defense, and big country on offense. If we get a few good FA's in the offseason, and continue to draft well, we are the best team in the AFC south next year. Peyton be damned.
