So we need to win next week and Cincy needs to lose. Both very doable, although after last week sneaking into the playoffs would be incredible and anything less would be accepted with a grimace. We still need some help but after losing to the Colts I think we're in a better playoff position than we have any right to be.

Oh, and the Jets still need to win one too. Who do they play next week?

I thought we needed the Raiders to lose?

Do we? If they overtook Denver we would still have the advantage over the Broncos in a multiteam wild card tie.

We either need to have a flat out better record than Oakland, or have them pass Denver in the west (against whom we would hold the tiebreaker). I think.

Well it was not the blowout I predicted with the Titans winning by 27 or more but the Titans still won the game which is what they needed. Also CJ one big was enough to help the Titans protect the lead, and win.

Cards could not finish the comeback vs the Bengals but the Giants came back to beat the Jets.

Ravens win, Jets Win, and either the Raiders or Broncos lose.

It looks like there are 2 scenarios. The first one we need the Bengals to lose, a Jets win and a Denver loss. The second we need a Bengals loss, Jets win, an Oakland loss, and a loss today for the Chargers who are down 10-0 to the Lions today. Of course we need a win next week as well. Tough, but I guess it's possible.

Interesting that if we manage to get in we'll have the Texans in Houston for the second week in a row.

Jets play a spoiler Dolphins team in Miami. Played the Pats closer than I thought they would so that won't be a cakewalk.
Bengals play the Ravens in Cinci. Played the Steelers close at home even in a loss so likely I think will be a nailbiter unless the Ravens D is able produce the worst game of Dalton's Rookie career.
