That was an ugly first half. The Vols need to wake the hell up in the second half or else they're going to get beat. They can't afford a loss to some one like Vandy at this point in the season.

Sure they can so Cuonzo can keep his consecutive NIT tourney appearances in tact.

Another problem is that I don't think a tourney appearance alone should be good enough.

If you look at our team, we shouldn't just be hoping for a bid. We SHOULD have been a lock. So if Martin gets us in as an 11 seed and we go one and done, that isn't good enough for me.

Dribble drive and dish it or draw the foul - is it that difficult to comprehend?

No it isn't. This is a team that should be competing for championships and having final 4 aspirations. 11-2 OOC and 14-4 in conference was not too much to ask for from this team. Instead they think the culmination of their careers is to squeak into the NCAA tournament. Playing like trash every 2nd or 3rd game is fine because they could still make the tourney.

That's what I was saying earlier, odom is on fire he got two fouls. We should have went after him on offense.

Its also sad how this game has devolved to the point where any shot outside the paint and inside the 3 point line is a rarity. This Tennessee team is a poster child for this.
