Folks, we are not going bowling this year. All we can do is hope to see improvement in all areas of the game in 2014 and team #118 having more of a competitive spirit.

Thank God it's finally over. I'm gonna try to just forget about it and act like we didn't play today so I can enjoy what's left of the day. You know, one final thought, nah never mind. Go Vols, let's get Vandy and the Wildcats and get to a bowl game and salvage what's left of this season and recruiting class.

This game has me so discouraged I think I'll watch mask of zorro, and netflix for rest of Saturday inatead of any other college football games.

They weren't running it up on us. They were just running their offense and killing clock.

They could have put up the most points in Neyland Stadium history if they'd felt like it. They chose not to. I appreciate that.

Unless these recruits and juco players play out of their minds, Team 118 is not going to be much better. :banghead2:

Embarrassing, but I'll be back next week to support the Vols.... I just don't want to hear any bs from Coach Jones... We sucked in all phases of the game today and the coaches must step up and be accountable for this poor showing. I'm not letting the players off the hook. They are responsible for carrying out the game plan and terrible defense and an ineffective offense is what they gave us today.

Yeah I remember when Tyler Bray and Da'Rick rogers were criticized for that thought. But when it gets that bad it is tought to keep getting thumped.

Since we have a few walk-ons playing during the game as our "depth", anything is an improvement.

Wow! Our defense gave up 444 yards rushing, 185 yards on kick returns and 127 yards on punt returns.

Well my fellow Volnation enthusiasts. I did enjoy the company. Wish we had better results but such is life. Hope everyone has good rest of the weekend.

The score could have been a lot worse. They were running clock and not throwing. We were just owned today and had no answers, even in garbage time. Pathetic.

It appears to me they've given up. No energy. Even when we were in the game we couldn't keep the momentum. Seems like they're just going through the motion.
