Guys I understand the frustration with coaching but seriously these players are missing tackles, out of position, biting on fakes, taking bad angles....

I get that but why punt the ball down the center of the field. Why all the penalties?

Can't stop the QB and their running game. If the "defense" can't hold them in the 2nd half, it coud get out of hand. Hate to say it but our offense can't out score them.

Has anyone ever considered that it's not coaching? Auburn has speed. When you are indecisive at LB and S Auburn is going to run by you. To think Jancek and the other coaches aren't teaching these guys how to read the play is silly.

Maybe our LB's and Safety's are just idiots. First of all TN has no speed on defense. AJ, Sapp, and McNeil are making the wrong read or overrunning the play 9 times out of 10. These guys try to cheat because they know they are too slow. That's why they keep getting burned. It's not all coaching.

I'm not sure John Jancek could do anything even if we had more talent and speed on defense. He doesn't seem to have any package that takes a running QB into account. We've seen the same flat play against every mobile QB we have faced.

Offense hasn't played terrible except the o-line jumpin every other play... But UT Martin's defense might have played better than we have today.

They CAN make the adjustments and compete in the second half, but it's going to take an awful lot of work...

The coaches can stress that all week, scream til their blue...but it's still up to the players to do it...they have to take personal responsibility, get pissed and refuse to get blown off the line of scrimmage and to also get off their blocks...safeties and corners have to have some pride and man up and blow thru the blocking receiver and blow up the play...they just give in too easy

This. I mean, look how horrible Florida has turned out to be...and we got beat by them basically on the fact that their ridiculously-bad QB would just take off on overly telegraphed QB runs and we could do nothing. It was as if no QB had ever decided to run with the ball before and we were just flummoxed.

Anyone else notice the look on Jackson's face right before the half? Didn't seem interested, more of a wtf kinda look. Which I don't blame him.
