For the love of god he's not scrambling & who the hell is gonna spy him? We are slow. We have to play assignments, get off blocks, & make tackles. Easy to say when we have no discipline on D at all & no speed to make up for it.

Has anyone ever considered that it's not coaching? Auburn has speed. When you are indecisive at LB and S Auburn is going to run by you. To think Jancek and the other coaches aren't teaching these guys how to read the play is silly.

Maybe our LB's and Safety's are just idiots. First of all TN has no speed on defense. AJ, Sapp, and McNeil are making the wrong read or overrunning the play 9 times out of 10. These guys try to cheat because they know they are too slow. That's why they keep getting burned. It's not all coaching.

Mostly I agree. You know you're in trouble when the opposing QB is faster than any player on our D. No one believes Jancek is doing even an adequate job, but when you come down to it, you can't coach speed.

BEST coaching staff in America. Players out of position on defense is not a speed problem, it's a coaching problem. OL over and over false start and missed blocks that's coaching not speed.

The schemes on the defensive side of the ball are just horrible. Giving the coaches every possible excuse-skil, speed, experience, whatever you wanna say-doesn't forgive our guys completely being out of the picture time and time again. This Auburn team didn't rack up this many points against teams that are supposedly weaker than we are.

I am all in on Butch but Jancek needs a butt kicking. These are simple plays but bad angles and no player near the hole is unacceptable. Help is on the way but really can he coach defense?

Dobbs needs to come out and do the something different in second half...run it right at em, open up the defense, then complete a pass to the OPEN receiver and preferably to a receiver who is at LEAST at the first down marker or better on 3rd down....

We just can't get a break from the officials, this year. They throw the game against UGA, when we clearly outplayed the dogs...with their bogus PI call. And early in this game, with an official standing right there, we get a no call in the end zone, where Auburn's db is making ALL kinds of contact.

Then the BS Unsportsman-like cal against Jaq? He spiked the ball after a big play. Big freakin deal! It is common as can be to spike the ball in the NFL...no penalty. That put us behind the eight ball on the kickoff. Instead of being able to kick the ball through the end zone, we have to kick it to their return man.

I'm just sick of seeing us ALWAYS being the punching bag, in terms of officiating.
