Tennessee used to be fired up from start to finish. Even if we were having a bad year.

What did he do to our team?

Please tell me that Pruitt didn’t immediately jump to the youth thing when being interviewed right there. Whether it’s true or not it just reminds me to much of butch... at the very least I thought Pruitt wasn’t about the excuses.

And Pruitt was the same guy that was talking about how good this team really was and how much he really likes this team. Obviously he does not know the difference between a good football team and a horrible one. Just because it looked good against each other in practice that just means that both units suck. If the defense lights it up in practice the offense is obviously sucking that day and vice versa, and then when they play brownie troops #549 they get exposed.

Are we talking about the drive that was the result of him not getting a first down or another drive? If the first, yes, I blame that on JG not knowing where the first down was, us punting and them scoring. I like JG, but it is what it is.

I think folks are being dramatic. We are playing it vanilla for obvious reasons. The D gave up TDs on a short field and a BS PI call. Let's wait for second half adjustments before we go from criticality to full meltdown.

I hate the we’re playing vanilla excuse. Mainly, because we as fans have tricked ourselves into believing this every year. It’s not vanilla, we’re just not that good.

Do good/great teams play vanilla. Nope, they go out and impose their will. Hopefully, the Vols will do that one day too.
