I saw everything he did wrong too, he played bad, but he did indeed lead us to 2 4th quarter scores, both scenarios can be true.

Ditto on the timing route. JG has to SEE the receiver open, but by that time, It's too Late to Throw it!

I'd like to see you stand in front of the team and say that. Better yet, next time you see any one of the players out on the strip on a Friday night you should man up and tell them exactly that and just see what happens.

I've been listening to your ignorance all season. Your boy needs to go back up north to Rutgers. He gets shell-shocked in the red-zone and simply doesn't have the touch. Always throws passes too hard and behind receivers. Damn dude we're near the bottom in the nation in the redzone because of one player. Give it up.

Yeah, usually I just end up watching watchespn replays or some that Freak uploads to youtube. It's not always like this for me, but sometimes it is. I think like the year before last I would watch the whole thing, but it had a different effect. If I didn't watch we wouldn't do well. Usually I'd just keep positive the whole game and feel like we got this...somehow...someway. And then we would.

He dug a ****ing hole then managed to climb out. That's what got us Ga St. and BYU. That **** hasn't changed since day one with him. Tough kid, team player, terrible QB. Give up the JG rah rah, it ain't working anymore.

YEP. He lost us those games; well---Warrior actually lost the Byu game by failing to tackle on the desperation heave.

First, happy for the win without doubt.

Still frustrated that we had 3 RZ possessions and only 6 to show for it. We go in 21-3 at the half you put so much more pressure on the other team..... Then the final 5min we all of a sudden wake up. Even more frustrated because, as others have said, that should have been the offense all night!!!!!! JG needs to either learn anticipation (doubt it happens) or we get either HB, Maurer or Shrout ready for prime time.

Hard to be sure what was going on downfield w/WRs on TV but from what I saw they were running against zone most of the night. Sit down, find a spot and come back to the ball. JG rarely seemed able to find them.....

But hey. 8-5 and Gator Bowl Winners! I will take it. Go Vols!!!

I don't subscribe to the we should have won by more theory, I've always been a who cares how we won type. I also could care less if he dug us a hole as long as we find ourselves getting out of it. I look at it as a positive that we are getting back to the point where we can kind of will our way to a win late in 4th quarters vs teams that have a pulse.
