I hate Arkansas. If you ever had to work in the state, you know that their fans are more delusional than South Carolina fans with the bravado of UK basketball fans. Local media is worse than Pravda and everyone in the local towns think they are winning a natty in every sport. Every year. Arkansas is truly the butt crack of the country.

Arkansas does have one thing going for it: a fabulous fishery in the White River. Caught my first grand slam (rainbow, brown, brook, and and cutthroat) of trout there fly fishing about 20 years ago.

I think he was saying leave Ensley in CF (responding to some saying we should play Tears or Dreiling in CF).

It’s not that hard. Tony V likes Ensley in CF, so I like Ensley in CF. And he’s looked good there.

The only move that could possibly make some sense would be Dreiling to LF and Dickey to C — but for that to work, you have to like Dreiling’s bat over Stark’s more than you like Stark’s defense over Dickey’s… obviously Tony doesn’t.

At this point, Dreiling defense is a drop off from the rest of the OFs. Thus, why he’s been used almost exclusively at DH or as a PH. He‘s a true freshman and will improve greatly with reps and experience, and I’m confident that he will be a good defender next year.
