I hear you. Bit different in the SEC when we’re one of only three schools (us, Mizzou, TX A&M) that doesn’t have at least one natty in one of the 3 major sports in the last 15 years. Compound that with the fact that we’ve been pretty awful across all 3 except for the last 5 years.

This zone has been absolutely pathetic in some of the biggest moments of the night. It might not have changed the entire game, but if this umpire is even halfway decent at his job we might be talking about this game at least a little bit differently.

And not that he's needed it but the guy calling strikes has made it even harder. We didn't quit.

Gotcha. Well our lineup is pretty inconsistent as we’ve seen all season. Adding the best pitcher to the mix isn’t really a recipe for success. If we lose this, get past Stanford and face LSU again, it will be much more competitive.
