We have nowhere near the talent that they do. Swap squads and Martin would coach circles around Pastner. We would be down by double digits easily if Memphis stopped turning the ball over. They're out of control.

Yep, basically. He can't play with elite athletes like Memphis, Duke, etc. have at every position. He can manage against some SEC opponents and mid majors.
