Hope Richardson and McRae's confidence continues to grow. Really wish Richardson had the PG skills because I love his mentality.

Would mean he's getting healthy and bouncing back.
Really don't see us going anywhere without his production.

I meant score prediction lol. You provided a sub 10 point effort from golden prediction, just curious of +10 point performance from him prediction.

I don't expect him to be healthy yet.
If he's healthy it'll be a buzzer shot game either way.

Golden stated Monday that he has pain lifting his left arm up. That isn't good. They said he bruised it after trying to run through a Stokes pick in practice and he ran into a brick wall. Do we not have enough money to pad the walls? Good grief.

I usually don't care for the first games of a SEC season. Teams that looked like garbage in Dec somehow look pretty good in their first game. See Bama last night. They had looked bad for the last 2 weeks and gave Mizzou a good game on the road.

We better hope we bring our hard hat D tonight because Ole Miss can fill it up. They're SOS isn't great (it's 225). They lost in their first true road test at MTSU and lost at Indiana St. If UT loses this one, they could very well start the SEC season 0-3. This is almost a must win.

Golden and McBee can't be no shows tonight.

Marshall Henderson is the leading scorer in the SEC, at 18+ PPG. Guy can stroke it from 3 and will pull from anywhere, averages 10 three point attempts a game. I assume JRich will draw him, and I feel good about JRich shutting him down. Henderson is 6'2" and isn't super athletic (he's white) so JRich's height length should be difficult for him to shoot over.

The guy that worries me most is Murphy Holloway. Athletic 4 who us very aggressive and high energy, Kenny and probably Reese will get a crack at him.

Don't think he gets a mix of McBee too? They like to use McBee on that style guard sometimes.

They might.

Their 3 guards are like 6'2 6'3 and 6'4 all pretty similar players, Henderson by far the best though. Jarvis Summers is a pretty good PG, but I'd hope golden can stay infront of him.

Ugh I can't handle one of those. The last ole miss game knocked 5 years out of my life.
Like to see us run with them.
They don't have the individual talent like Memphis did.
Their strength is that 3 of their starters have played together 4 years.
Break up their chemistry on defense and I think we beat them at their own game.
We did Memphis, just started too late.

I could be wrong, but I think people are getting waaaayyyy too excited about Reese. Hell, I hope I'm wrong.

I don't think he is the next Lofton, but a 4 who can bring his defender out and give Stokes more room in the middle can't be a bad thing.

I think people are excited about Reese because he brings some much needed outside shooting to the team. I just hope the expectation is not for him to be some elite shooter, especially right off the bat.

Just found out I can't go to the game tonight. Listed my 2 tickets ( lower level section 130) on Stub Hub for $10 each. You can print them off stub hub immediately.
Go Vols!

Just got 2 lowers on the sideline for free, guess I'm going. Seeing a lot of available, for those interested I'd say tickets will be cheap on the side walk before the game.
