Our boys have been showered and on the Xbox at the hotel for like 2 hours. All they have to do is look out the window. We ain't playing tonight. Idk why they're dragging it out.

According to weather Channel it looks like they'd have no issue finishing this game and completing game 2 tomorrow. Seems like they're screwing with us now by not making a decision.

Just call it. At this point they wouldn’t start again till 8:30 CT at the absolute earliest. Start early tomorrow morning, like 10:00 AM and try and get as much in as possible before tomorrow’s rain comes.

That is quite possibly worse. Turf mounds are horrible. They screw with mechanics and increase the risk of injury.

Do we think the officials are this bad at making a decision, or is it possible one of the coaches (Vitello) is pushing to try and play this game tonight? I can see a scenario where maybe Tony is trying to wait it out to play when the crowd will be basically non-existent or subdued, plus I doubt we want to face playing 2 games tomorrow on another soggy day.

Wow really? That might have been part of why Lindsey struggled. Turf on a mound is stupid. No traction. That's why we kept ours dirt.

They have a few bs hits.. He missed bad on the first homerun. The 2nd homerun was a good pitch that the hitter literally almost hit on his knees on a low and outside pitch he pulled... They are putting it in play and making things happen... We haven't so far

I thought one time Vol fans were louder, during Cmo's AB during the first delay you could hear Vol fans chanting CMO.

Sounded loud on TV but I’m sure some of that was purposeful audio mixing to make the environment sound better for TV audiences.
