They have a few bs hits.. He missed bad on the first homerun. The 2nd homerun was a good pitch that the hitter literally almost hit on his knees on a low and outside pitch he pulled... They are putting it in play and making things happen... We haven't so far

They are putting it in play, but Lindsey has not been sharp. Pitching on an unfamiliar surface could certainly impact that.

Assuming USM actually pulls their starter this time, we have more pitching depth than them. Asking their bullpen to cover the last half of this game benefits us greatly. We want this to continue.

They don’t have a batters eye either, they have a forest with swaying leaves and 15 black and gold flags fluttering. We don’t hit junk well period, but it doesn’t help when there’s nothing allowing you to pick up the ball or it’s movement. This whole place is bush league the more I experience it.

Actually if we do idealized time zones based on degrees from Greenwich with no adjustments for political boundaries, I think the boundary between Eastern and Central would be 90 degrees West longitude, putting Knoxville squarely in Central Time

I don’t know how it sounded on tv but their crowd really wasn’t an X factor today. One time they got loud chanting “ball 4” but they were quiet otherwise. Our guys have been in far far far louder and rowdier environments this year. I would imagine Tony is for playing the game tonight.
