I will actually be going through Chicago on Friday. Someone (txbo) needs to show up in Hattiesburg with a checkerboard jersey on to represent. I'm going to Montana, leaving Thursday for mission trip again. Riding motorcyle and will be driving on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. When people asked how I could miss my answer is I don't pitch or hit or field. I can cheer from wherever I am watching. So if you hear of a guy in upper Montana sitting in a McDonalds or Applebee's shouting at the top of his lungs, Go Vols. It's me. I'll probably have my checkerboard jersey on also. I'm meeting Kirby for lunch Thursday and told him I'm coming back through Omaha. He better be there too.

Do we think CTV will change the lineup at all? I believe USM has two right-handed starters. Could be he just goes with the same lineup we had at Clemson. Thoughts?

Damn I got tickets for Saturday/Monday college World Series( 1st base above dugout) and I didn’t pay 250 lol and I have a pair to each… I’m skipping supers for sure… for those wondering that’s when our side starts off

$250 for SRO in the middle of nowhere Mississppi on a weekend forecasted to have severe thunderstorms sounds like a thanks but no thanks to me. I was ready to fly home to Knoxville at 5:30 AM Friday and go with my father who has season tickets to the BaseVols, so I’m definitely disappointed that is not longer happening.

Yes, CWS tix are always cheaper than Supers. Typically cheaper than most Regional tix. Its a MUCH bigger stadium, you aren’t competing with home team fans for tix, and demand is spread across 8 teams who are typically a long way from Omaha.

Do you really think they have a clue about the weather in 4 days? Besides, there’s basically a chance of thunderstorms every day in June in the South. One thing is for sure, it will be hot and humid.

More talented at pitching and more explosive offensively. I watched the Penn games they played Penn is a good school but Tennessee would have boat raced them a heck of a lot worse than Southern Mississippi. Not saying it's going be a cake walk but we should come out on top.Speaking of Omaha I went in 95 when Helton played was a great experience.
