Well at least the weekend ended well. After a lethargic effort on Fri and the horror show from last night by the football team, we got good news about getting a new head coach and a hoops win.

Actually I think most thought we would have lost to NC. State in the finals , not played for 3rd place. Don't get me wrong, I'm glad to see them win but feel they have a long ways to go to becoming an NCAA tourney team

Not trying to be sarcastic, but you should probably adjust your expectations.

Not having arguably your most consistent player and leader for the first 2 months of the season warrants changing your expectations IMO.

Not exactly fair to hold this team to original expectations when they're gonna be without Maymon for awhile.

Not sure I agree on UMass being NCAA team. Some things I am disappointed in are:
1. Our guard play ( Golden is ok but outside of him, not much to be excited about) Moore is not quick enough to stay with other teams PG on defense
2. FT shooting. Stokes must improve of we will lose 2-3 games because he is going to get fouled, a lot
3. Shooting. Need more consistent shooters from the perimeter
