No, he didn't. I just had a random post because I was excited we won by a lot and we can actually have a night of peace. A night not filled with negative posts about this team, and a night not filled with "please come back, Bruce!"
Great win for Cuonzo and the guys tonight and it was exciting to watch. I liked our toughness and energy. Let's see if we can string a few together and get this thing back on track.
I'll go ahead and make this statement, not that many will care, but whatever. If this is a game in the 40s, I'll be completely done supporting Martin, I'll root for this team, but completely admit there's no hope what so ever for him.
Last year was one of our ugliest games in a loooooong time. Let's see if Martin is stubborn and tried to roll out the same plan, or if he makes a couple adjustments and finds a way to be successful against this UVA team.
Now I'm not saying I expect us to put up 80, but there's no reason to fall in the same trap 2 years in a row.
This board is hilarious. I sat there in the 2nd row tonight and watched us run the exact same plays we've run all year, get the same open looks we've had all year, and for the most part, play the same defenses we've played all year (albeit a little more zone than usual). Literally the only difference between this game and the XU and WSU losses is that our shots went in...
...and suddenly we have a good team and good coach again.
News flash: CCM did nothing differently in this game than he did in the frustrating losses. The players executed - that's the difference. When the shots go in we win. If the very same shots had gone in at X or WS, we'd have won those too.
LOL.
Maymon has always played low to the floor. We would be better with Reese in there.

You should try actually going to a game. Florida last season for gameday and this year for UGA and SC were very, very loud games at Neyland.
