He absolutely was. No one on the left side of the infield and if it was 2 feet more to the left or hit a little harder it would’ve been a beautiful bunt. Just an unfortunate bounce

If he was bunting for a base hit, he bunted it twice as hard as he should have. I know we don't bunt much but you need a speedy guy at the plate if you are bunting for a hit.
