Yeah, because elite basketball prospects are noted for being outdoorsmen. That explains why Hawaii and South Florida are such basketball powers.

Would somebody please explain to Pinkston how important he would be to us next year? Is he expecting 30 minutes a night as a freshman? There's room for both Tobias and Pinkston to start if they really are that good.

My guess is Harris signed last night after the game. Pinkston knows that now.

We need to simply continue to do well on the court, get a solid commitment from Pinkston in the next week or two, then see what might develop in the spring with Selby, or just wait till 2011 for our next great point guard, who is already committed.

Notice, I said: My guess. Just tryin to read between the lines like most everyone else.

So was Hopson so what does that tell you? I'll answer for you. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING !

Well first it tells me you like yelling at fellow vol fans for no reason.
Second, if Hopson keeps playing the way he is we could be looking at losing all 5 starters after this year. Even if he stays we lose 4. So I stand by my statement that Pinkston should not be deterred by one singnee when there is plenty of opportunity to go around.

There have been rumors flying everywhere. I did hear from someone I deem reliable that the actually decision to sign was not made until 11:56pm, 4 minutes before the deadline. Torrell Harris was asked about his sons decision and what influenced it, and went on to name some factors. One of the being that "Tobias wants to take a school to the next level".

This has UT written all over it, I think. Otherwise WV, IMO.
