The Official UGA @ Tennessee Series Thread (Fri. March 29 6:30PM EST SEC NET+) (Sat. March 30 5PM EST SEC NETWORK) (Sun. March 31 2PM EST SEC NETWORK)

This forum is quietinng down, so .... drink more or drink less and get it going on. You guys are easily one fifth of the entertainment imo.

Curley - Ground out to 3B.

Ensley - Loud out to RF.

Stark - K.

UGA leads 8-4. End of the 4th.

UGA starter is at 64 pitches and 4 K's.

I like Frank however I have seen more than once calling the same pitch with an 0-2 count and losing a guy or them going deep. Happened with Doe, Burns and Beam. Kirby just had an 0-2 last inning same thing. Wasting pitches or leaving a ball hanging. Would like to see more creativity there.

Peebles has not done enough with the stick to surpass him though

This. Peebles has been a disappointment so far. He could certainly turn it around, but feels unlikely with competition ramping up. Stark is the better defensive catcher. Hard to justify playing the worse defensive option if the offense isn’t there to balance it out.

They may not be looking for Kirby in the pro ranks…but tell me how the guy can get outs and he couldn’t be a middle reliever in the pros…the guy gets outs..the job in baseball is to get outs…Simple…

Ground out to SS.

Ground out to 3B.

Connell - BB.

Ground out to SS.

UGA leads 8-4. Middle of the 5th.

Connell is at 34 pitches and 0 K's. UT pitchers have 1 K on the day.

Is this how Ole Miss fans felt in 2022 when we crushed them?

Umpire isn't gonna give us a call. It also appeared he told someone to shut up in the dug out. Someone will likely get tossed before this game is over
