Im gonna give Kirby credit he pitched well. But our starters gotta make it out of the 3rd. I think Frank is gonna have to mix up some tendencies with pitch selection. Gonna also have to develope some of these young arms and ready to pitch a few innings here and there in SEC play.

Knew losing Russell would hurt, but man, it's been a real blow. Know we've got some young arms with some good stuff, but it looks like Anderson has his work cut out for him getting them ready. Looks like we'll just have to hope the offense can carry the day until the youth is ready or Russell returns. I've heard no time frame for his return or even what the problem is specifically. Hope someone has some good news.
