I’m not sure what happened but our boys brought the swagger back. They brought back the Daddy hat and fur coach and now have a swagger about them.

It doesn’t guarantee success but they are having fun.

Yep. I'm getting pretty tired of this "bad guys" narrative dominating every Vol baseball broadcast. This is a completely different team from last season.

They just don’t like us being good. That’s what it boils down to, so they make up scenarios in their head.

If our guys are getting hot like Ole Piss and Piss State did the last two years i will take the early season losses. Better to be hot at the tight time than peak early.

Baseball is a long season, the team that wins it all 99 times out of 100 is the team that gets hot at the end and is not the best team on paper. That is why I don't post here much, too many bandwagon fans who cry over every pitch. This team has the best pitching staff in the country. Now that they have settled into roles and if Burns becomes the closer, it is over.

We have 8 new fielders and it took one game to rebuild their confidence. Knock on wood, plying better baseball with minimal errors and base running blunders.
