I have seen that claim one time, and it was, like, 10 minutes ago, on a message board.

I actually like the Nats. They have a nice park and the metro drops you off like a block away. Also the bar area across the street in the parking lot is pretty cool. I've been there several times to watch them play the Cards. Saw them play Philly there once and that was fun too. I'll be at the game tomorrow.

I think they will, hopefully, put some more bars and restaurants near the Navy Yard area now that there is some excitement for the team. Grow the area a bit more. If they advance past this round, I may have to head up. We shall see.

I was there in June "I think" and noticed there were quite a few banners for what looked like nice condos. The area seemed ripe for growth.
