The Official Washington Nationals Thread

Probably leads towards pitchers but not to the extreme. I dunno what the conditions were, honestly. Didn't have the sound on during the game to hear any mentions of wind.

they never really mentioned wind. me and Z were just wondering, thought I'd ask.

btw, 42 was great

It takes a lot to get a ball out to center. I dunno if it is just the situation of the stadium, cause it isn't way way longer than other CF fences. But I've pretty rarely seen guys go out to cf.

Where Gattis' went today is crushed. It takes a good charge to get it over the bullpen rather than in it.

Pitchers park for sure. What little wind there was yesterday was actually helping for the majority of the game.

Marlins are the best medicine, professionals say. We'll see if that holds true. And then we get a nice Strasburg/Harvey duel on Friday night.

aaaaaand then 3 vs STL, 4 vs CIN, 4 vs ATL

Strange game sometimes. One day you are a potential NL starter for the Mid Summer Classic the next you can't get outs in the minors. Same for the D Train.
