saw three cars stalled out at the Poplar / Kirby intersection on that hill blocking the eastbound lane. I had to turn around and find a different route.

The tracking could have shown delayed but still says expected delivery today and departed Dallas at 9 am yesterday

It is updated with new scans. Does it say out for delivery or is departed Dallas the last entry?
