I was raised an Ohio State fan... Mom went there. She's watching it out in eastern Washington today. I still root for tOSU passively.

But USC will also have beaten the potential Big XII and SEC champs, as well as Notre Dame, Cal, Oregon... I know they lost to OSU, but that's a huge number of quality wins that can't be ignored. I honestly think Nebraska and Arkansas will win their conferences.

Think about that. USC will have beaten three BCS teams.

We'll see how it plays out. If Arkansas and Nebraska win their conferences though, and ND makes a BCS game like most of us think they will... Like I said, three wins over BCS teams in the regular season. If that's not national title-worthy, I don't know what is.

If ND loses to USC, then they don't make a BCS game.

Michigan and Ohio State beat plenty of teams with worse records. If you have a UM/OSU rematch, you might as well just make the Big 10 a new division of football, because apparently the other conferences aren't playing for the same championship.

Texas is much better, but the fact that they should have lost to the Huskers means they have a good shot at winning the rematch. The Longhorns are far from unbeatable this year.
