I wouldn't like that matchup at all. Tennessee wouldn't be able to rebound offensively enough to stay in the game.

If that means we have to hit shots at a good click, I don't like the odds based on recent shooting percentages.

Tennessee should own the boards and win that game.

Long rebounds if they are jacking up 3's. Hope Scotty and Cam feel like getting in there and boxing out. If they stand and watch, UT could be in trouble. If they are active, UT should have some runouts and transition buckets, which would help them both. It's up to them, imo.

Our potential second round match up is about as bad as it gets. And I don't mean that we can't play with them because I think we can, but if you think Duke gets the calls throughout the year..wait till you see it in the tourny! Even if we play our best I don't see us beating Duke. The NCAA loves having them in the final four. Maybe i'll be wrong this year but I doubt it..

That's what my hopelessly optimistic self hopes. Hat indicated we don't match up well w/ Duke. I beieve him, but I'm not sure how well (pre-game) we matched up against Pitt, and we beat them. Guess the long and short of it is whether we are clicking on any night, against any team because I don't think there is a team in the country that we can't beat.

Good post Hat... 7. Arizona-Memphis has some interesting back story. Josh Pastner gets a swing against his alma mater.
I like that, but Memphis will have its young hands full with Derrick Williams, this young man is a h$ll of a player.

The only major positive for such a potential matchup is that the pressure would be completely and totally off the team for the first time in a long time. Nobody expects a win against Duke. Maybe that wouldn't translate to an upset, but I'll take it over this team playing tight, which has worked so wonderfully all year.
